Dashboard Overview

The Dashboard is the first page you see after signing in to the Photobook Designer admin panel.

Sidebar

The main menu: Dashboard, Orders, Products, Assets, Users, Settings and Billing. Products, Assets, Settings and Billing open submenus. Your account and Logout are at the bottom.

KPI Cards

Four cards at the top show Total Orders, Total Revenue, Avg Order Value and Total Users.

​

Sales Analytics

A chart of orders or revenue. Switch between Weekly, Monthly and Yearly, choose the metric and pick a date range (for example Last 30 Days). The summary row shows total orders, revenue, average price and peak day.

Weekly Comparison

Compares this week with last week. Choose a date range of 2 weeks or more, otherwise it shows “Insufficient data”.

​

Revenue Breakdown

Revenue by month for the current year.

​

Workspace Assets

Counts of the design library customers use in the editor: templates, fonts, colors, cliparts and keywords.

​

Output Queue

Live status of print-ready PDF generation. A new order appears here while its PDF is being created.

​

Recent Orders

The latest five orders with order number, date, status and total. Click View All to open Orders.
