The SheetSnap builder is not showing on my product page. Make sure you have completed both setup steps on the Dashboard — enabling the SheetSnap app block in your theme editor and linking at least one Shopify product to SheetSnap. Customers cannot see the gang sheet builder. Verify that the SheetSnap app block is active in your Shopify theme. Go to your Shopify admin → Online Store → Themes → Customize, and confirm the SheetSnap block is added to the correct product template. How do I add more sheet sizes? Go to the Products page, select the product, and add or edit sizes in the sheet size configuration section. Can I use custom fonts on the gang sheet builder? Yes. Upload your font files from the Fonts page and they will be available to customers in the builder. How do I add images for customers to use? Upload images from the Library page. Organize them by category so customers can find them easily. Where do I change the builder’s colors and branding? Go to Settings to configure your brand colors, logo, and typography.
