# Dashboard

> Overview of the Photobook Designer admin dashboard: orders, revenue, assets and the print file queue.

## Dashboard Overview

The Dashboard is the first page you see after signing in to the Photobook Designer admin panel.

## Sidebar

The main menu: **Dashboard**, **Orders**, **Products**, **Assets**, **Users**, **Settings** and **Billing**. Products, Assets, Settings and Billing open submenus. Your account and **Logout** are at the bottom.

## KPI Cards

Four cards at the top show **Total Orders**, **Total Revenue**, **Avg Order Value** and **Total Users**.

## Sales Analytics

A chart of orders or revenue. Switch between **Weekly**, **Monthly** and **Yearly**, choose the metric and pick a date range (for example Last 30 Days). The summary row shows total orders, revenue, average price and peak day.

## Weekly Comparison

Compares this week with last week. Choose a date range of 2 weeks or more, otherwise it shows "Insufficient data".

## Revenue Breakdown

Revenue by month for the current year.

## Workspace Assets

Counts of the design library customers use in the editor: templates, fonts, colors, cliparts and keywords.

## Output Queue

Live status of print-ready PDF generation. A new order appears here while its PDF is being created.

## Recent Orders

The latest five orders with order number, date, status and total. Click **View All** to open [Orders](/photobook-designer/orders).
