## Getting Help

If you run into any issues with WTPBiz Neon Designer or have questions about setup, the following resources are available to help you.

## Contact Support

* **Live chat:** Open the chat from the app. Typically replies in under 10 minutes.
* **WhatsApp:** Message us from the **Need a hand?** section of the Dashboard.
* **Email:** [info@wtpbiz.com](mailto:info@wtpbiz.com) — replies within 24 hours.
* **Shopify App Store:** Leave a review or use the support link on the [WTPBiz Neon Designer listing](https://apps.shopify.com/wtpbiz-neon).

Please include your Shopify store URL and a description of the issue when contacting support.

## Frequently Asked Questions

**The Neon Sign Builder is not showing on my product page.** Make sure the theme app extension is enabled and the product is added under [Rules & Products](/neon/rules-products#products). See [Integration](/neon/integration).

**A color, font or size is missing on a product.** Check the rule assigned to that product and tick the missing option. See [Rules & Products](/neon/rules-products).

**How is the price calculated?** Base price for the size + per letter + per space, plus color upcharge, add-ons and backing style. See [Sizes](/neon/sizes).

**How do I add more fonts?** Go to [Colors & Fonts](/neon/colors-fonts#fonts) and click **+ Add Font**.

**Where do I change the builder's colors and text?** Go to [Settings](/neon/settings).

**How do I remove WTPBiz branding?** Upgrade to the Growth or Premium plan. See [Pricing](/neon/pricing).
